By using HiredTools.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What We Provide

ATS Resume Scanner (Free): A browser-based tool that analyzes resume text for common ATS compatibility issues. The scanner provides general guidance based on common ATS parsing patterns. It does not guarantee that your resume will pass any specific ATS system, result in interviews, or lead to employment.

Match to Job Posting (Paid): A one-time purchase that unlocks keyword matching functionality within the scanner. Once purchased, access is yours permanently.

The Hired System (Paid): A digital download bundle consisting of a PDF guide and an Excel spreadsheet. Delivered immediately after purchase. The content provides job search strategies and tools but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a purchased product, contact us at hello@hiredtools.com and we will resolve it.

Accuracy and Disclaimers

The ATS Resume Scanner provides guidance based on widely recognized ATS parsing patterns and best practices. ATS systems vary significantly between employers and vendors. A high score does not guarantee your resume will pass any specific ATS, and a low score does not mean your resume will be rejected. Use the scanner as one tool among many in your job search.

The Hired System guide provides general job search advice and strategies. Individual results depend on many factors including your experience, the job market, and how you apply the strategies. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on HiredTools.com, including the scanner tool, The Hired System guide and spreadsheet, website design, and text, is owned by HiredTools.com and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any purchased products. Purchased products are licensed for personal use only.

Your Content

Any resume or job description text you paste into the scanner remains yours. We do not claim any rights to your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your text is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

Limitation of Liability

HiredTools.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiredTools.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
